3e Summary::''Your hardy body has more than enough to power a throw.''

Prerequisite: Con 15

Benefit: You gain the ability to use your Con score in place of Dex when making attack and damage rolls to throw items or equipment.

Normal: You roll Dex when throwing.

Special: If you have an abilities that are based off of Dex throwing, then you may choose which score to use.
