3e Summary::You hail from the empire of Babylonia, which has conquered Assyria and ascended to prominence.
Prerequisite: Human, 1st level
Benefit: You are proficient with all bows and gain a +1 Miscellaneous bonus to all Wisdom-based skills. You gain Charioteering as a bonus feat. You have the option to start play with bronze scale mail or with a light chariot. Doing so costs 50% of your starting gold.
Special: You may only take this feat at 1st level. This feat takes up two feat slots (meaning that, by taking this feat, you do not gain a bonus feat for being human).
