Awoken

Physical Description

Born in the darkness of space and light of the stars, Awokens look human, but have skin that is in vibrant colors ranging from blue to purple

History

The Awoken are a bluish-gray-skinned player species in Destiny. They are descendants of Humans who, during the Collapse, tried to run to the far edges of known space to escape The Darkness. Something mysterious and strange happened to them at the edge of Human-controlled space, which altered them forever.

Society

Many of the Awoken live in The Reef, but others also live on Earth. Earth-born Awoken who venture to The Reef often go unwelcomed by Queen Mara Sov as outsiders

Awoken Names

Being the remnants of fleeing humans from the great collapse, they have names representing self and Family

Male: Zavala. Uldren Sov, Asher Mir, Ives, Rahool,

Female: Abra Zire, Petra Venj, Shuro Chi, Tess Everis, Mara Sov

Awoken Traits

Pick 1 Ability during each step but no more than two of the same Ability

Ability Score Increase. Age. Awoken reach maturity around age 16, and live until age 80
Alignment. Awoken tend to stay aligned to good Morals and Ideals, but can just as easily fall to the path of Evil
Size. Awoken vary widely in height and build, from barely 5 feet to well over 6 feet tall. Your size is Medium."
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and one other language of your choice.
