Avangelion (D20 Modern Advanced Class)
Avengelion
An Avengelion uses his flying skills to out manuver his opponet and to quickly take down foes with pure speed. Taking a level in this class demonstrates mental and dexterious training for flight and manuverability. Avengelions excell at dog-fighting and arial support. An Avengelion are trained elites of military personal.

Requirement 1: Genetic Wings or
Requirement 2: Cybernetic Wings
Class Information
Hit Die: d4
Action Points: 5 + one-half character level, rounded down, every time the Avengelion attains a new level in this class.

Class Features
The following features pertain to the Avengelion advanced class.
Flight Endurance
At level one an Avengelion gets ten additional hit points. Also while flying Avengelions gets a damage reduction of 1.
Improve Flight
Avengelions double their Winged flight speed.
Bonus Feat
At 3rd, 6th, and 9th level, the Avengelion gets a bonus feat.The Avengelion must meet all the prerequisites of the feat to select it.
Dexterous Maneuvers
An Avengelion gets a +1 to all flight checks
Evasive Maneuvers
An Avengelion gets a +1 to all flight Defense modifiers
Dive Bomb
An Avengelion, as a full round action, can drop vertical 3 times their flight movement speed.
Dive Bomb Blitz
An Avengelion can use an auto-fire on the landing area of a Dive Bomb while using a Dive Bomb.
Emergency Air Lift
An Avengelion can pick up objects without landing, the strength check however is increased by 5.
Seismic Toss
A a full round action an Avengelion can make a strength check against an opponent with a -2 penalty. If successful the Avengelion can fly up with the opponent one full flight movement and then slam him/her to the ground dealing normal fall damage. Then the Avengelion occupies the square the opponent was slammed on.
Flying Take Down
An Avengelion, as a full round action, can move twice his/her movement speed through enemy squares. Any square that he/her passes through he can make a wing smash attack against with an increase to the next dice class (i.e d4 becomes d6, d6 becomes d8, ect.) and a bonus attack modifier equal to the wings hardness. Any failed attack roll instantly breaks one of the Avengelion's wings and his/her movement ends there.
Orbital Drop Shock
As long as the Avengelion is droped from a height greater than three times his/her flight speed he/her can slam the ground without taking fall damage. The slam creates an area attack with an area of 5X(fall distant divided by flight speed)ft and deals 1d6 damage (no reflex save).
