Aura of Blinding Light	Bard 4e Power Type::Attack 1
With notes of light and hope, you unleash a burst of light, creating an aura of protective light around an ally.
4e Power Usage::At-Will  Arcane, Implement, Radiant
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close burst 1
Target: Each creature in burst
Attack: Charisma Vs. Will
Hit: 1d6 + Charisma modifier radiant damage.
Effect: Choose yourself or an ally within 5 squares. This power's burst is centered around the target you chose, and that target gains a +1 bonus to AC until the end of your next turn.
Increase damage to 2d6 + Charisma modifier at 21st level.
