You hit a pressure point under the enemy’s arm, weakening them.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Psionic
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close melee 1
Target: One creature
Attack: Dexterity Vs. AC
Hit: 2d6 + Dexterity modifier damage, and the target is weakened until the end of your next turn.
Way of the Scorpion: You gain a bonus to the attack roll equal to your Intelligence modifier.
