You slam your enemy with a weapon full of arcane power.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Arcane, Martial, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee Weapon
Target: One creature
Attack: Strength\Dexterity Vs. AC
Hit: 6[W]\6d10 + Constitution modifier damage, and the target suffers from a 3 penalty to all defenses until the end of the encounter.
Miss: The target suffers from a 3 penalty to all defenses (Save ends).
Special: When you choose this power, you can choose to use it as an arcane power or as a martial power. This will not change.
