Arcane Maelstrom	Wizard 4e Power Type::Attack 1
You create a flowing torrent of arcane energy, blasting creatures with power, and moving everyone.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Arcane, Implement, Force
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Area burst 5 within 10
Target: Each enemy in burst
Attack: Intelligence + 2 Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 2d4 + Intelligence modifier damage. You gain one charge of arcane residue
Special: You may slide each hit enemy, and each willing ally in the burst a number of squares equal to your wisdom modifier.
