The caster concentrates on the chosen corpse for 20 days, and then it rises to become a lich under the caster's control. Their HD becomes d12, they gain immunity to electricity, cold, polymorph, and fear. They channel negative energy, healed from Inflict spells and damaged by heal spells, and have Undead traits. They also gain a +10 racial bonus to resisting turn undead.
