All-Out Attack (3.5e Feat)
All-Out Attack [General, Fighter]
3e Summary::You ability to shift your focus from defense to offense is greatly improved.
Benefit: When you use the attack action or the full attack action in melee, you can take a penalty of as much as -10 on your Armor Class and add the same number (+10 or less) as a bonus to your attack roll. This number may not exceed your base attack bonus. The changes to attack rolls and Armor Class last until your next action.
Normal: A character without the All-Out Attack feat can fight recklessly using the feat Reckless Offense while using the attack or full attack action to take a -4 penalty on Armor Class and gain a +2 bonus to attack rolls.
Special: Fighters may choose this feat as a bonus feat.
You may combine the Feats Reckless Offense and All-Out Attack in same action. Same way you can combine Combat Expertise and Fighting defensively.

gollark: Except it's really just useless work which also restricts you to the overworld or maybe nether.
gollark: As I previously said, I disagree with EIO5's "balance" choices.
gollark: Also, the blizz powder is annoying to get; my pack's got no custom spawny stuff except the RFTools ones.
