Adrenaline (3.5e Equipment)

A chemical that when injected into the bloodstream increases the transportation of oxygen to portions of the body providing a +2 increase to strength, dexterity, and reflexes and increase speed by 5ft for 4d6 rounds. However this also decreases the ability to focus giving a -2 debuff to concentration, wisdom, forgery for 4d6 rounds. Also upon the effects wearing off the person will suffer a temporary decrease to all of the things previously buffed by -2 for 1d4 rounds.
