Adaptable Human Names

Male: Mark, Dwayne, Tyrell, Jose, Ali

Female: Melissa, Valentina, Ayanna, Jane

Adaptable Human Traits

Ability Score Increase. Any two of your ability scores increases by 1
Age. Adaptable Humans age the same as typical Humans. They reach maturity in their 20's and live to be around 80, with few living to 100.
Alignment. Adaptable Humans can be of any alignment
Size. Your size is Medium.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Ever-Changing. You may increase your speed by 10 or grant yourself +1 to attack and damage rolls. This effect lasts for 1 hour. You will need a long rest before you can use this feature again.
Now Featuring. You may choose 1 feat, as long as you meet the requirements for selecting that feat.
Adaptable. You gain resistance to one type of damage of your choice.
Languages. You can read, write, and speak Common and two other languages of your choice.
