A female spirit of rain, known as an ame-onna, literally cries tears of acid onto a foes armor, causing so much searing pain that the foe temporarily loses guard of its defenses.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Divine, Implement, Acid
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Ranged 15
Target: One creature
Attack: Charisma Vs. Reflex
Hit: 2d6 + Charisma modifier acid damage, and the target gets a -2 penalty to its AC and reflex defenses until the end of your next turn.
