4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee weapon
Target: One creature
Attack: Dexterity Vs. AC, Gain a power bonus to this attack equal to your charisma modifier..
Hit: 1[W] + 1[B] + Dexterity modifier damage.
Special: When you charge, you can use this power as a melee basic attack.
