5e Equipment (Avatar Supplement)

Armor

Like most fantasy settings, armor is an important part of ATLA combat. Armor can be used to help defend from enemy attacks, both physical and elemental in the right conditions. Some armor my seem similar to traditional D&D armor, however, it should be noted that some armors now have a "bending penalty." This represents the problem of trying to make very sophisticated and calculated movements in restrictive armor, even if proficient, and imposes a -2 penalty to benders who are wearing these types of armor.

gollark: Or at least some kind of horrible hack.
gollark: Do they? I thought there were extensions.
gollark: GIF is lossless, videos aren't because that would be stupidly inefficient.
