Chaos Diamond

This lustrous gemstone is uncut and about the size of a human fist. The gem grants its possessor the following powers: Random action Magic circle against law Word of chaos Cloak of chaos Each power is usable 1d4 times per day. (The DM rolls secretly each day for each power separately.) A nonchaotic character who possesses a chaos diamond gains one negative level. Although this level never results in actual level loss, it remains as long as the diamond is in the characters possession and cannot be overcome in any way (including restoration spells).

Caster Level: 19; Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, random action, magic circle against law, word of chaos, cloak of chaos, creator must be chaotic; Market Price: 93,000 gp; Weight: 1 lb.

gollark: Approval voting (basically just what we have now but you can vote for multiple people) is among the less bad ways to vote.
gollark: Maybe? There are other countries with her as head of state.
gollark: I would complain about our first-past-the-post and generally awful electoral system encouraging this sort of thing, but there are lots of voting systems and there are some theorems meaning that they *can't* work very well. A less awful system could exist, though, I guess.
gollark: Technically, the Queen has many powers. In practice she can't use them, but...
