Bracers of Archery

These bracers empower the wearer to use any bow (not including crossbows) as if the wearer were proficient in its use. If the wearer already has proficiency with any type of bow, he or she gains a +2 competence bonus to attack rolls and a +1 competence bonus to damage dealt whenever using that type of bow. The bonus to damage only applies if the target is within 30 feet. Both bracers must be worn for the magic to be effective.

Caster Level: 4; Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, Craft Magic Arms and Armor; Market Price: 5,100 gp; Weight: 1 lb.
