Artisan’s Tools

This is the set of special tools needed for any craft. Without these tools, a character has to use improvised tools (-2 penalty on the Craft check) if the job can be done at all.

As artisan's tools, but these are the perfect tools for the job, so the character gets a +2 circumstance bonus on the Craft check.

gollark: Anyone with a screwdriver, the ability to look up tutorials and some sanity can repair a desktop computer (well, replace some parts). This isn't the case for phones - partly just because size constraints, but it's partly artificial.
gollark: People will mess things up but designing unrepairable devices DOES NOT HELP.
gollark: Or, well, Apple-derived thing which spread?
gollark: I think the practice of having the screen glass and touchscreen digitizer/display bit literally be fused together is an Apple thing.
