p7 bouncer

P7 bouncer is Noam Elkies' colour-changing glider reflector using a p7 pipsquirter, with a minimum repeat time of 28 ticks. A 34P14 shuttle can replace this bouncer. A high-clearance version is shown in the pipsquirter 2 article.
