p60 traffic light hassler is a period-60 oscillator discovered by David Buckingham and improved by Noam Elkies in December 2002. It consists of two copies of Karel's p15 and a heavyweight emulator. It was originally stabilised by two skewed variants of Eureka and a larger variant of the emulator:
