MIT group

The MIT group was a group of people at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology who studied Conway's Game of Life in the early 1970s. Members of the group included Robert April, Michael Beeler, Bill Gosper, Richard Howell, Rici Liknaitzky, Bill Mann, Rich Schroeppel, and Michael Speciner.
