Lx84 is a composite conduit consisting of a periodic "HL2R", an RF28B and a BFx59H. After 84 ticks, it produces an inverted Herschel turned 90 degrees counterclockwise at (1, -25) relative to the input. It is dependent because the p5 sparker heavyweight volcano hits the Herschel at T=-4.
