258P3
258P3 is a period-3 oscillator discovered by Noam Elkies on June 25, 1997.[1] In generation 2 it provides an isolated domino spark which can lead to higher period oscillators, such as the first known period-33 oscillator, 258P3 on Achim's p11. A related but slightly smaller oscillator was found by Karel Suhajda on January 13, 2003.[2]
