Kankers was a term used for the trailer trash girls from the TV Show Ed, Edd, 'n' Eddy. The phrase was attributed to the rich people that lived in Winter Creek Court. The kanker term officially refers to three Clackamas High School Dance Team members (unnamed for their protection) and their families. There are technically 4 houses in Winter Creek Court, but one of them has old people living in it so they don't count.
