- Woobie, Destroyer of Worlds: Zogg really intended to help the galaxy... until Qwark turned around and ran for the presidency, instead of supporting him. What makes this particularly jarring is the fact that, in the original game, the same ( minus the 'presidency' thing) pretty much happened to Ratchet.
