- In the Hood: When first encountered, her hood conceals her face.
- Riddle for the Ages: What happened during the previous cosplay competition that cause Phoebe to win by default is seemingly deliberately kept hidden.
- Shock and Awe: As a cosplayer of an Electric-type, she can cast the appropriately lighting spell, Lightning Storm, which may stun you from attacking.
- Trademark Favorite Food: A side quest specific to her reveals that she likes ketchup, treasuring a ketchup bottle you've found.

- Fast Tunnelling: Digging is her hobby, which eventually enables her to dig through buildings.

- Elemental Hair: Her hair is orange like Charmander, an appropriately orange-colored Fire-type Pokémon. Her hair is also tied in a ponytail with its end brushing out with a flame to resemble Charmander's tail.

- Turns Red: Twice over. At two different points on her health, her Gyrados changes color, reflecting her weakness changes as well as her attack pattern.
