Lady Maverick (aka Gillian McCarthy)
A Templar and a hooker, who is rotten to the core. Also, Gillian has an estrangled brother.

- Street Urchin: Gillian was this temporarily.
- Rags to Riches: She went from a poor street urchin to a rich and powerful Templar agent.

The Robber (aka Fillian McCarthy)
Fillian McCarthy is Gillian's younger brother.
- Hooks and Crooks: His main weapon of choice is a wonky grappling hook.
- Jokes on his foes, since the hook is utterly good for climbing on vertical surfaces.

- Street Smarts: As Fillian got older he developed ways to survive in the streets and being poor.
- Street Urchin: It's because his sister thinks its a great idea to off Mommy and Daddy, so both McCarthy kids grew up in the streets.
The Mountebank (Aka Victor Wolcott)
Victor is an doctor who uses both science and magic to acquire answers of the unknown.
- Alchemy Is Magic: Unlike others in the medical field, Wolcott went as far to uses the occult to expand his knowledge and power.

- Healing Potions: It's rumored that Victor serves these special elixirs to his patients, were they survive their being on the verge of death.

The Night Stalker (Aka Joe)
Joe's a mysterious yet a psycho mercenary.
- Hooks and Crooks: The butcher's hook is Joe's primarily weapon.
- Knight in Shining Armor
- Only One Name
- Psycho: The rumors make Joe to be as insane as the "Joker", but he's actually an ace member of the Assassin Brotherhood.
- Psycho for Hire: The rumors also give more personality to Joe: He crazy and a mercenary.
- Wife-Basher Basher: These are some of Joe's primary targets, those who abuse women, especially their wives.
Bear (aka Kuruk)
He was a warrior from the Pawnee tribe when his older bro became the chieftain of his tribe.
- Carry a Big Stick: His home made war club.
- Double Reverse Quadruple Agent: Bear keeps bouncing back and forth from the Assassin Brotherhood and the Templars, to the point that his true alliance was lost in the annuals of history.
- The Exile: The minute his brother became the chief of his Pawnee village, Kuruk was exiled.
The Carpenter (aka John O'Brien)
O'Brien was one of the many immigrants that came to North America to begin a new life.
- Beware the Nice Ones: Usually the guy is peaceful, but years of Templar persecution made him developed a rather violent streak.
- Carry a Big Stick: O'Brien's iron mallet.
- Fighting Irish
The Commander (aka Matthew Davenport)
Matthew Davenport was one of the many British officers and Templar that served during the American Revolution and father of Eleanor Mallow.
- A Father to His Men: Despite his cold personality, Matthew Davenport was loyal to the men that are under him.
- They occasionally team up to lay Templar smackdown on the Assassins.
- Badass Beard
- Cool Sword: His elegant saber, which is befitting of his British commander rank.

- Name's the Same: Matthew's surname is the same as Achilles Davenport and Johnathan Davenport. There's no indication that he's cousin who was at the far end of the tree.

The Red Coat (aka Eleanor Mallow)
Eleanor was the daughter of the Templar Commander Matthew Davenport.
- Badass in a Nice Suit: Dons an 18th Century British Army uniform.
- Daddy's Little Villain: Eleanor is described as a fascist, but her Daddy, Commander Davenport approves and loves her.
- Knights Templar: Her fellow Templars admired that she's a fascist.
- This is Over 9000 than her old man's devotion to the Templars.

- Sweet Polly Oliver: When carrying out missions against the Assassin Brotherhood, she sometimes dons male disguises.
Coyote Man
The Coyote Man was thought of one of the most deadly assassin hunters during the 18th century.

- Hunting the Most Dangerous Game: The Coyote Man tracks down and slaughters Assassins, even killing an Assassin Mentor.
- Knife Nut: The Coyote Man uses a shank, which functions as knives.
- Walking Shirtless Scene: Kinda, if it wasn't for his cape and symbolic Lakota jewelry and ornaments. The Coyote Man would be shirtless.

The Hessian (aka Gerhard Von Stantten)
Gerhard was a German Templar and Hessian who fought during the American Revolution.
- Ax Crazy: The Hessian was described as a killing machine at all costs.
- Even albeit he's following his orders.

- Infantry Rifle: The rifle is Gerhard's weapon of choice.
- Sociopathic Soldier: Von Stantten loves war to the point that he's insane and a Hessian soldier.

The Hunstman (aka William de Saint-Prix)
William was raised to be a well educated man by an aristocratic French Assassin family.
- Fantastic Fighting Style: The dude invented a fighting style just for himself.
- Name's the Same: William has the same last name as Nicolas de Saint-Prix, a fellow Frenchman, though it's unknown if they're blood relatives.

The Independent (aka Alsoomse)
When Alsoomse was a little girl she prefers to be a "lone wolf."
- An Axe to Grind: Like Connor Kenway, Alsoome loves using the tomahawk.
- The Idealist
- Meaningful Name: "Alsoomse" is an Algonquin name that totally translates into "Independent."
- Not Afraid to Die: She's such an idealist to the point that Alsoomse would rather die for what she believes in.

The Highlander (aka Duncan McGill)
The Scottish highlander, Duncan McGill, was exiled. So he arrived in the US with just the clothes on his back and his trusty sword.

- Living Legend: McGill's Assassin escapades earned him his "living legend" status and earned him the nickname of "Red Rage Duncan."

Just your average Frontier gal, who's out for revenge against the Templars.

The Sharpshooter (aka Caleb Garret)
After when his friends were executed alive by Templars, Caleb joined the Assassin Brotherhood.

The Strong Man (aka Nukilik)
Nukilik is an Inuit tribe chief, but when he heard about what happened to the Inuits in the south's troubles. He traveled all the way to assist them and the revolutionaries.

- Blade on a Stick: Techincally, Nukilik treats a harpoon as a spear.
- Meaningful Name: The name of Nukilik means "strong" in Inuit.
- No Range Like Point-Blank Range: He is dangerous to foes when he's up in their faces, considering his speed and agility.
The Preacher (aka Father Federico Perez)
Father Perez is an 18th century Spanish pastor for the Templar Order.
- Badass Preacher: Father Perez does sermons and fights Assassins.
- Blade On A Stick: His pilgrim's staff.
- Hunting the Most Dangerous Game: Father Perez goes after Assassins, whom he deems as heretics and "Sinners."
- Knight Templar: The pastor was baptised into this trope, even getting the extremist down.
The Silent Shadow (aka Atasá:ta)
Atasá:ta, who has Kanien'kehá:ka ancestry, was raised by his father to be an assassin. Though he grew up away from his tribe.
- An Axe to Grind: Atasá:ta's specialty weapon, his tomahawk.

- I Have Many Names: He's also known as Chogan or Krynn.
- Hunting the Most Dangerous Game: Atasá:ta will hunt down every Templar when he gets the chance to do so, since they killed his father.

The Governor (aka Bernardo de Gáivez)
Bernado was a Spanish military leader, who served as Governor of Louisiana. He also help the mostly Assassin filled Continental Army, which made him a prime target.

- Non-Idle Rich: Bernardo juggles between, being governor of Louisiana, aiding the Continental Army, and being a member of the Assassin Brotherhood.
