List of titles and honours of Haile Selassie

In his 58 years of leadership in Ethiopia, first as Regent and then Emperor, Haile Selassie of Ethiopia accumulated numerous honours and decorations both domestically and abroad. As a result of his numerous foreign visits, he was one of the most decorated personages in human history.[1] During his lifetime, he was recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records as having been awarded the most decorations of any person.[2]
