Kumud Mishra

Kumud Mishra is an Indian theatre and film actor. One of his earliest roles was in the 1995 Doordarshan drama Swabhimaan where he had played the character called Eknath, a trade union leader. His career has taken an upswing after Imtiaz Ali's Rockstar where he played the popular character of Khatana.[1] His notable films are: Filmistaan, Revolver Rani, Jolly LLB 2, Raanjhanaa, Badlapur, Bangistan and Akshay Kumar's Airlift in which he played the role of Sanjeev Kohli.[2][3][4][5] In 2017, he had a role in the film Rukh.[6]

Education

He is an alumnus of Rashtriya Military School Belgaum, Karnataka. After that he graduated from National School Of Drama, Delhi[2]

Personal life

Kumud is married to actress Ayesha Raza.[7] They have a son, Kabir Mishra.[8]
