Iron brides

Iron Brides is a reality TV show airing on local MYTV affiliate WZMY in the Boston metro market.[1] Premiering March 26, 2009, the weekly show follows eight engaged women who are competing for a grand prize of a $9,000 wedding photography and videography package.[2] The contestants, all local women,[3] are introduced to a variety of small events or challenges,[4] each contributing to their knowledge of life skills and or wedding planning.[5]

Season I was filmed at various locations in New Hampshire.[6] Season II, currently in production, is slated to air beginning October 1, 2009, and is being filmed principally in greater Boston and Cape Cod.

The show airs Thursday nights at 11:00PM. Episodes can be viewed on the show's website at www.ironbrides.tv .
